Samantha Marcelino Apresto successfully defends her PhD thesis
We are pleased to announce that Samantha Marcelino Apresto successfully defended her PhD thesis “Selenium-enriched Carbon Nanodots: Insights into their Cellular Uptake and their Multifunctional Applications in Bioimaging and Redox-based Therapeutic Strategies” on 27 April under the supervision of Prof. Maurizio Prato and Dr. Elisa Sturabotti.
Her thesis defense was evaluated by a distinguished committee composed of Dr. Lucía Gutiérrez Marruedo (CSIC) as President, Dr. Denis Scaini (EHU) as Secretary, and Dr. Ana Belén Caballero Hernández (University of Barcelona) as Committee Member.
