Job Summary
The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Deusto invites applications for a full-time faculty position (Teaching and Research Staff – PDI) in the field of International Relations at the Bilbao campus.
This position offers an excellent professional opportunity to join an internationally oriented academic environment, with a strong focus on teaching in English, research development and contribution to the academic and institutional mission of the University of Deusto.
The successful candidate will actively contribute to undergraduate and graduate-level teaching as well as undertake research activities in International Relations in coordination with the Department.

PhD in International Relations or a closely related discipline.
High level of English (minimum C1). Demonstrated professional
experience in English will be positively valued, as all teaching activities
will be delivered in English.
Intermediate level of Spanish, or willingness to acquire it during the first years of employment.
Ability to contribute to research in the field of International Relations.
Teaching vocation and commitment to academic excellence.
Valued aspects:
Teaching experience in the field of International Relations.
Experience in multicultural and multidisciplinary professional environments.
Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish will be positively valued.
ANECA accreditation (or equivalent), or clear potential to obtain it will be considered a valuable asset (within a maximum of three academic years).
