Job Summary

A joint PhD scholarship position, offered within the framework of cotutela between POLYMAT Fundazioa (www.polymat.eu) and IPREM (https://iprem.univ-pau.fr/en/home.html), is available as part of the European POCTEFA 2025 project.

Job Description

We are seeking exceptionally talented and motivated students with a strong background in polymers and a Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in programming (Python, Matlab, etc.) as well as in modeling polymerization processes or using machine learning techniques is highly desirable.

Good command of written and spoken English is a must (if preselected, an interview will be carried out before any other appointment is made). The selected candidate is expected to conduct research, write papers, and deliver a PhD thesis.
