Job Summary
The Glial Cell Biology Lab is looking for a postdoctoral researcher (R2, R3), funded by the IKUR Strategy of the Basque Goverment, to work on the impact of early microglial development on neurodegeneration using human iPSCs and brain organoids, in a project funded by the Alzheimer Association.

Previous experience with iPSCs and organoids will be positively considered.
Elegibility:
1) Doctorate degree in neuroscience or closely related field
2) Previous experience in neurobiology, glial cells and microglia is an asset.
Benefits:
We offer a 1 year contract starting on January 2026 (non-negotiable, due to funding conditions), with a gross salary of 33.400€ per year. The candidate will be expected to apply to competitive calls (Juan de la Cierva, MCSA, HFSP, etc).
