Job Summary
The Nanophysics Lab at CFM is offering a postdoctoral position (3 months) starting on 01
October 2025 to work with Dr. M. Gobbi. The position will focus on the characterization of
the magnon diffusion length in 2D magnets.
Job Description
The positions will be funded by the Grant RyC2021-031705-I funded by
MICIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union NextGenerationEU/PRTR.
The selected candidate will be hired by the Research Association MPC - Materials Physics
Center. The salary will be of 35.650,44 € before taxes.
Nanophysics Lab at the Center of Materials Physics explores materials for advanced
electronics, and in particular quantum computing. Current research topics in the group
include the characterization of their physical properties.

Candidates must hold a PhD degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering. Expertise in
magneto-transport characterization and 2D magnets will be positively evaluated.
