Job Summary

POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH POSITION AT MPC

Job Description

Materials Physics Center offers a postdoctoral position (1+1 years) starting in July 2023 to
work with Marek Grzelczak in collaboration with Alexey Nikitin (DIPC). The selected person
will undertake the research tasks related to the inverse design of hybrid plasmonic
nanomaterials. The position requires experience in computational plasmonics and machine
learning. Skills in Phython programming would also be an asset. Candidates must hold PhD
degree in Physics, Chemistry of Material Science or related discipline.
The positions will be funded by MCIN and by the European Union NextGenerationEU/PRTRC17.I1, as well as by IKUR Strategy under the collaboration agreement between Ikerbasque
Foundation and DIPC on behalf of the Department of Education of the Basque Government.
