Job Summary

At the University of Deusto we are currently seeking candidates to fill a full-time and permanent teaching and research position at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences in the area of International Relations.
Área: International Relations
The position involves teaching courses on International Relations at BA and MA level as well as supervision of students' final projects. The candidate is also expected to conduct research on specific topics within the broader International Relations field and take on organizational task within the Faculty.

Joining the International Relations team of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the Donostia-San Sebastián campus. The salary will be based on the experience and skills of the successful candidate and in line with the professional career development of the Teaching and Research staff at the University of Deusto.

- A PhD in International Relations or a similar field and level of qualification as well as full professional proficiency in English (minimum level C1) are indispensable minimum requirements.
- Accreditation at the level of associate professor at private universities by a Spanish accreditation agency or commitment to obtain this during the first years of employment
- An intermediate level of Spanish, or willingness to obtain this during the first years of employment
- Teaching, supervision and tutoring experience in International Relations or related fields
Academic publications and participation in competitive research projects in International Relations or related field
