Job Summary
The Donostia International Physics Center DIPC is currently accepting applications for a
postdoctoral appointment in the field of galaxy evolution. Expertise in the modelling of galaxy
evolution and/or the formation and growth of supermassive black holes are particularly
welcome.
Job Description
The successful candidate will join the new astrophysics group at the DIPC, which was
recently formed and rapidly expanding. It has broad expertise in numerical simulations of
structure formation (dark matter/hydrodynamical/semi-analytical), cosmological galaxy
surveys and globular cluster physics. The group is involved in the J-PAS and the
WEAVE-QSO surveys and the Euclid, LISA and Athena missions.
The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Silvia Bonoli and Prof. Nate Bastian.
