Job Summary

In the context of the Basquevolt project, the centre is seeking a Basquevolt Project Manager. This Project Manager will report to the Business Development Director and the Strategy Director and will work in collaboration with the other departments involved.

Job Description

In the context of the Basquevolt project, the centre is seeking a Basquevolt Project Manager. This Project Manager will report to the Business Development Director and the Strategy Director and will work in collaboration with the other departments involved.

Functions:
• Project planning and objectives definition.
• Coordination of available resources and team leading.
• Organisation of the project in coordination with Business Development area of CIC energiGUNE and Basquevolt as final client.
• Monitoring project execution basing on defined KPIs. Ensure compliance, renegotiate scope changes.
• Generate and coordinate project reports.
• Collaboration with technology and scientific coordination and the rest of the team to achieve the above objectives.
• Specific surveillance and competitive intelligence of all key elements of the project.
• Develop specific project tasks related to the scope of the project.

Specific Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Knowledge:
• Technical training, engineering, chemistry, physics or similar.
• PMP certification or equivalent, knowledge of agile methodologies.
• At least 5 years' experience in project management.
• At least 5 years' experience in the field of batteries, in different elements of the value chain.
• Knowledge on batteries in terms of design, materials, operating principles, electrochemical characterisation, performance and market indicators.
• Experience in other areas, Autocad, Solidworks/Solidedge (or Catia), mechanical finite element analysis, mathworks and simulation, etc. will be an asset.
• Languages: fluent in spoken and written English.

• Proactive and commited person, with a high capacity for teamwork.
• Resolute person, with a high level of autonomy.
• Leadership skills, results-oriented, capable of creating and managing high-performance teams, adapted to highly complex and technologically advanced projects.
